RETREATS
AT BAAN GITA
At Baan Gita, retreats are intentionally designed to remain small, calm, and deeply human. We do not create large wellness events or high-pressure transformational programs. Instead, each retreat is created as a gentle space for rest, reflection, reconnection, and nervous system restoration.
Most retreats are home-based experiences held in small groups, allowing participants to slow down, breathe, and experience the quieter rhythm of life in Chiang Rai.
A gentle reset experience centered around:
-
laughter meditation
-
breathing
-
silence
-
reflective mornings
-
calm living practices
Designed for people who feel mentally exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. This retreat focuses on helping participants begin again through simple daily rhythms rather than intense self-improvement.
3 Days / 2 Nights
From THB 18,000 per person
A retreat for writers, thinkers, creators, and reflective souls who wish to reconnect with their inner voice.
This experience is designed for people who feel creatively blocked, emotionally tired, or disconnected from the deeper reason they want to write. It is not a writing course focused on speed, productivity, or online content creation. It is a quiet space to return to yourself, listen inwardly, and begin writing from real life again.
During the retreat, participants are invited into a gentle rhythm of reflective writing, morning practice, laughter meditation, reading sessions, quiet creative time, and conversations on life, meaning, and storytelling.
The process helps participants slow down, release pressure around writing, and reconnect with the stories, memories, questions, and experiences that are waiting to be expressed. This retreat is especially suitable for those who want to write a book, personal essay, memoir, reflection journal, healing letter, or meaningful life-based content, but feel unsure where to begin.
Group Size: 4–8 participants
Price: From THB 18,000 per person
Includes: accommodation, morning practice, writing sessions, reflection circles, and quiet creative space

The Baan Gita Model Immersion
3 Days / 2 Nights
From THB 24,000 per person
A lived learning experience for people who want to understand how a small hospitality space can become a calm, sustainable, human-centered business. This immersion is designed for people interested in small guesthouses, homestays, Airbnb, retreat spaces, calm lifestyle entrepreneurship, and atmosphere-based guest experience.
Participants do not learn only through lectures. They learn by living inside the actual rhythm of Baan Gita — observing the house, the atmosphere, the morning practice, the guest experience, the writing life, the hospitality flow, and the quiet systems behind a small meaningful business.
This is not a business seminar.
It is a lived experience.
Group Size: 3–6 participants
Price: From THB 24,000 per person
Includes: accommodation, morning practice, learning sessions, reflection circles, observation of the Baan Gita model, and guided discussion with Kay
SkyView Reflection Sessions
Private Reflective Conversations at Baan Gita
SkyView Reflection Sessions are private one-on-one conversations designed to help people better understand their current life patterns, emotional cycles, personal timing, creative direction, and inner transitions through Kay’s reflective SkyView approach.
Rather than fortune-telling or predictive astrology, SkyView is used as a tool for observation, reflection, and self-understanding. The session focuses on helping participants see their life more clearly — especially during periods of uncertainty, emotional exhaustion, creative transition, relationship change, or major life decisions.
Kay’s SkyView approach is based on observing real astronomical positioning and life timing patterns, while integrating reflective conversation, emotional awareness, nervous system understanding, and practical life reflection. Many people come to these sessions not because they want predictions, but because they want clarity.
The session may help participants:
-
understand recurring life patterns
-
reflect on emotional and relationship dynamics
-
reconnect with their natural rhythm
-
understand periods of transition or burnout
-
explore creative direction and life structure
-
gain clarity around personal timing and decision-making
-
reconnect with a calmer and more aligned way of living
These sessions are especially suitable for writers, creators, entrepreneurs, caregivers, leaders, people in transition, and anyone seeking deeper self-understanding through calm and honest reflection. Sessions are held privately at Baan Gita in Chiang Rai, either as standalone appointments or as part of retreats and immersion experiences.
-
90 minutes (In-Person SkyView Reflection) From THB 6,500
-
Online SkyView Reflection 90 Minutes via Zoom From THB 5,500 (Available online in limited sessions each month.)
Advance booking is required. As Kay frequently travels for writing, retreats, and research, availability may be limited during certain periods.
Important Note
SkyView Reflection Sessions are not medical, psychological, or fortune-telling services. They are reflective conversations designed to support greater clarity, self-awareness, and understanding of life patterns in a calm and grounded way. The purpose is not to predict the future. The purpose is to help people observe themselves more honestly, understand their timing more clearly, and reconnect with a more sustainable rhythm of life.
OUR RETREAT PHILOSOPHY
At Baan Gita, retreats are not designed to overwhelm people with schedules, activities, or emotional intensity. We believe true restoration often happens through:
-
simplicity
-
rhythm
-
safety
-
silence
-
nature
-
reflection
-
gentle human connection
Every retreat is intentionally kept small to preserve the atmosphere of calm, presence, and authenticity. Because sometimes healing does not come from doing more. Sometimes it begins when life finally becomes quiet enough for us to hear ourselves again.
